Job summary

Esprawell is seeking a Graphic & E-Commerce Visual Designer (AI-Powered) in Malaysia. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or related fields and are proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva. You will build high-converting visuals for digital and print, craft marketing assets across our group ventures, and push brand visuals with cutting-edge AI tools.

English is required; Mandarin is a bonus. Location: Puchong, Selangor.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia or related creative field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Strong eye for layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
• Portfolio showcasing marketing, e-commerce or brand design work.

Responsibilities

• Create high-converting visuals for e-commerce, ads and campaigns.
• Produce marketing assets and brand collateral across multiple ventures.
• Prepare print-ready files with accurate bleed, CMYK and resolution.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio, Photoshop AI) to speed up design workflows.
• Maintain a sharp, modern visual standard across online touchpoints.

Graphic & E-Commerce Visual Designer (AI-Powered)

Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related creative discipline.

Tech Mastery: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and everyday design platforms like Canva.

E-Commerce & Ad Sense: Understands layout hierarchy, typography, and visual cues that stop the scroll and drive buyer decisions.

Print Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of print pre-press and artwork setup is a huge plus!

Portfolio: Must share a portfolio showcasing marketing, e-commerce, or brand design work.

Languages: English required; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage (for proofing and designing promotional collateral targeting Mandarin-speaking audiences).

• High-Impact Marketing Assets: Craft viral-ready social media creatives, ad visuals (FB, IG, RED/小红书), and brand collateral across our 4 group ventures.
• Print & Production Design: Prepare, check, and optimize technical print-ready files (bleed, CMYK, resolution) for our digital printing business.
• AI Workflow Experimentation: Leverage modern AI tools (Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio, Photoshop AI) to speed up composition, image generation, and workflow.
