Job summary

OSIM (M) Sdn Bhd, based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to develop and execute striking in-store displays and layouts across its retail locations. You will uphold OSIM's brand standards and collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.

The role requires a keen eye for trends, strong knowledge of merchandising principles, and at least two years of related experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail display design.
• Strong understanding of retail best practices, customer behaviour and merchandising principles.
• Proficiency in visual merchandising software and tools.

What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Visual merchandising strategy: Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies across OSIM retail stores.
• Store displays: Design and execute engaging in-store displays, product layouts and seasonal setups that showcase OSIM products and support sales.
• Brand consistency: Maintain consistent brand representation and visual standards across all retail locations.
• Campaign collaboration: Work with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Store team support: Monitor and optimize store layouts, share visual merchandising best practices with store teams, and identify opportunities based on industry trends and competitor activity.
