Job summary

Perdana University in Kuala Lumpur invites a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a full-time basis at our Bukit Damansara campus. You will develop visual content that strengthens our brand across print and digital channels and collaborate with marketing to advance university communications.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, 2–3 years’ experience, and proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related creative discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work and creative capabilities.
• Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to translate concepts into compelling designs.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple projects with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and create visually engaging marketing materials for print and online platforms.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines across university communications.
• Produce content for social media, newsletters, and website updates.
• Collaborate with marketing to conceptualise and execute campaigns.
• Create educational materials, presentations, and infographics to support academic functions.
• Design event promotional materials and signage for university events.
• Manage multiple design projects with deadlines and high quality standards.
