Graphic Designer cum Social Media Executive
We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Graphic Designer cum Social Media Executive to produce visually compelling designs and manage social media presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills, a good understanding of branding, and the ability to plan, create, and execute engaging social media content.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Create high‑quality visual content including social media posts, banners, brochures, ads, presentations, flyers, and digital assets.
- Involve in rebranding of the company brand.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Edit photos, design layouts, and prepare artwork for print and digital media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver cohesive and effective visual communication.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
Social Media Management
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, website, etc.).
- Create engaging captions, stories, short videos, and reels.
- Monitor page performance, analyze insights, and generate monthly reports.
- Respond to comments and messages in coordination with the marketing team.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (preferred but not mandatory).
- Keep up with social media trends and implement creative ideas to improve reach and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Social Media Executive.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.).
- Strong understanding of branding, layout design, and creative direction.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with content writing or copywriting.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media advertising.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and a strong sense of aesthetics.
