Graphic Designer cum Social Media Executive

We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Graphic Designer cum Social Media Executive to produce visually compelling designs and manage social media presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills, a good understanding of branding, and the ability to plan, create, and execute engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
  • Create high‑quality visual content including social media posts, banners, brochures, ads, presentations, flyers, and digital assets.
  • Involve in rebranding of the company brand.
  • Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Edit photos, design layouts, and prepare artwork for print and digital media.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver cohesive and effective visual communication.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
Social Media Management
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, website, etc.).
  • Create engaging captions, stories, short videos, and reels.
  • Monitor page performance, analyze insights, and generate monthly reports.
  • Respond to comments and messages in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Keep up with social media trends and implement creative ideas to improve reach and engagement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Social Media Executive.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of branding, layout design, and creative direction.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with content writing or copywriting.
  • Knowledge of SEO and social media advertising.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools.
