Job summary

INK Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a design-focused professional to conceptualise and produce high-quality creative designs across digital and offline marketing platforms in Malaysia.

You will develop marketing collateral, branding materials, and 3D renderings for exhibitions, roadshows and product launches, coordinating with marketing, product and sales teams to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency. Proficiency in the listed software and a strong portfolio are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Exhibition Design or a related field.
• Relevant working experience in creative design, exhibition design, retail design or event design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D event, exhibition or retail display projects.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max etc.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
• Creative, detail-oriented and highly organised with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and artwork for marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.
• Design marketing materials including brochures, catalogues, flyers, buntings, posters, POSM, advertising materials, and promotional merchandise.
• Create engaging digital content for social media, websites, e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada) and online advertising.
• Design product packaging, labels and promotional materials in accordance with the Company's branding guidelines.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with the Company's brand guidelines.

About this Role:

Responsible for conceptualising and producing high-quality creative designs across both digital and offline marketing platforms. The role includes developing marketing collateral, branding materials, retail displays and, where applicable, supporting 3D visualisation for exhibitions, roadshows and product launch events.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Creative & Marketing Design

• Develop creative concepts and artwork for marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.
• Design marketing materials including brochures, catalogues, flyers, buntings, posters, POSM, advertising materials, and promotional merchandise.
• Create engaging digital content for social media, websites, e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada) and online advertising.
• Design product packaging, labels and promotional materials in accordance with the Company's branding guidelines.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with the Company's brand guidelines.

2. 3D Design

• Design and develop 3D concepts for exhibition booths, roadshows, retail pop-up stores, product launch events, shopping mall activations etc.
• Produce realistic 3D renderings and presentation visuals, and mock-ups.
• Prepare technical drawings, production artwork and layout plans for fabrication.
• Recommend suitable materials, finishes and display solutions to enhance customer experience.
• Work closely with external suppliers, contractors and production vendors to ensure designs are executed accurately and within project timelines.

3. Project Coordination

• Attend site visits, venue measurements and event setup when required.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product and Sales teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
• Support photography, videography and simple video editing for marketing campaigns.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements:
