Job summary

Herz Group Sdn Bhd in Malaysia (Selangor) is seeking a capable graphic designer to translate customer requests into compelling apparel and promotional designs. You will craft posters, templates, and visuals for both online and offline channels, ensuring brand consistency across campaigns.

You will collaborate with Sales & Marketing to align designs with campaign goals, stay ahead of design trends, and deliver print-ready artwork.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and/or Canva.
• Good sense of layout, typography, and color.
• Able to create creative, clean, and trendy designs.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, proactive and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Create custom designs based on customer requests (apparel, jerseys, varsity, corporate wear, etc.).
• Develop updated design templates for marketing use and customer selection.
• Design posters, advertisements, and promotional visuals for online & offline platforms.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing to ensure designs meet campaign objectives.
• Stay updated with latest design trends and visual standards.
• Prepare print-ready artwork for production.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Handle minor revisions and design improvements as required.
