XPORT OUTFIT SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to transform client artwork into production-ready designs for apparel. You will work with Illustrator, develop jersey graphics, and prepare print-ready files for sublimation production.

You should be detail-oriented, a strong team player, and able to learn new AI tools to boost creativity. Mandarin speaking is a plus; training provided and bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
• Experience with AI design tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) is an advantage.
• Creative, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Production Design: Adapt customer artwork into production templates using Adobe Illustrator.
• Apparel Design: Design jerseys, uniforms, apparel graphics, logos and patterns.
• Marketing Support: Create graphics for social media and promotional campaigns.
• Team Collaboration: Work with production and customer service teams to ensure designs meet requirements.

Production Design

• Adapt customer artwork into production templates using Adobe Illustrator.
• Resize artwork for different garment sizes.
• Prepare print-ready files for sublimation production.
• Check artwork quality before production.
• Organize production files and maintain proper documentation.

Apparel Design

• Design jerseys, uniforms, apparel graphics, logos and patterns.
• Produce realistic apparel mockups for customer approval.
• Assist in developing new apparel concepts and collections.

Marketing Support

• Create graphics for social media and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in preparing content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Work with the marketing team on branding materials.
• Use AI design tools to improve creativity and efficiency.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with production and customer service teams.
• Ensure designs meet production requirements.
• Continuously improve design quality and workflow.
