Job summary

AMD in Penang, Malaysia seeks a highly talented Graduate Trainee for our Data Center GPU team to work on platform designs, validations, and solutions that help our customers WIN with AMD Instinct systems.

You will learn simulation, emulation and validation across pre-silicon and post-silicon phases to deliver the hardware and software technologies of next-gen AI/HPC computing platforms.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduates in E&E, CE or CS with strong fundamentals.
• CGPA at least 3.0 and above or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn platform design, validation and AI/HPC tech.

Responsibilities

• Set up and enable AMD Instinct platform designs.
• Participate in design, simulation, emulation, validation and triage/debug tasks.
• Test and validate functionality, electrical, power and performance per specs.
• Collaborate to meet product feature specifications across HW/SW domains.
• Assist in hardware and software validation routines daily.
