Job summary

ASUS offers a 12-month Graduate Talent Program designed to identify, develop and empower future IT hardware leaders. You will rotate through Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Retail Management to gain hands-on experience, strategic insights, and leadership growth across APAC.

Fresh graduates or those with less than a year of experience will have mentoring from industry experts and structured training with clear career pathways within ASUS.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of working experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with CGPA 3.20 and above in any field.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Demonstrate strong leadership potential in activities or student roles.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across key functions such as Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Retail Management.
• Work with mentors and industry experts during the program.
• Participate in structured training and real project ownership with career growth opportunities.
