Qualifications

• Nice to Have Internship, industrial attachment, or project exposure within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement concepts.
• Exposure to manufacturing data analysis and process optimization projects.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day manufacturing engineering activities to ensure efficient and reliable production operations.
• Participate in process improvement projects focused on quality, productivity, cost, and cycle-time optimization.
• Assist in investigating manufacturing issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance, to resolve operational challenges.
• Support process validation, equipment qualification, and manufacturing documentation activities.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Assist with manufacturing data analysis and reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support new product introductions and engineering change implementation within the manufacturing environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
