Job summary

ResMed in Johor Bahru is seeking a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer to contribute to manufacturing excellence in a dynamic production environment. You will support day-to-day activities, assist in process improvements, and gain hands-on experience across manufacturing operations.

You'll collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams, apply problem-solving methods, and help drive quality, efficiency, and documentation to support ResMed's healthcare technology mission.

• Assist in investigating manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to resolve operational challenges.
• Support process validation, equipment qualification, and manufacturing documentation activities.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Assist with manufacturing data analysis and reporting to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support new product introductions and engineering change implementation within manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
