Job summary
Renesas Electronics is seeking a Graduate Industrial Engineer in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia, to manage IE data, plan capacity, and optimize manufacturing operations on-site. The role supports monthly capacity analysis, backlog reviews, bottleneck identification, and continuous improvement initiatives across production lines.
The candidate should have a fresh degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering with strong analytical skills, Excel and dashboard proficiency, and a familiarity with CAD tools.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficient in Excel and dashboard/reporting tools.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage corporate-level capacity planning strategies.
- Perform 18-month test capacity forecasting and planning.
- Track GMII initiatives against AOP targets.
- Drive capacity gap resolution through CapEx planning and dynamic capacity requirements.
- Maintain accuracy of corporate systems and databases, including Agile and Worldwide Test Capacity Tools.
- Optimize production loading across OSAT partners and internal factories.
