Vision Path Sdn Bhd seeks a field surveying professional to perform underground utility detection and mapping using GPR and electromagnetic locators in diverse environments. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and data quality.

You will collect field data, operate and calibrate survey instruments, and prepare daily reports while coordinating with the Survey Team Leaders to resolve discrepancies. Shift work and physical fitness are required for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in detecting and mapping underground utilities.
• Valid driving license.
• Certifications in GPR or underground utility mapping are advantageous.
• Certificate/Diploma in Surveying or related field preferred.
• Ability to work in shifts.

Responsabilités

• Conduct underground utility detection and field surveying using GPR, electromagnetic locators and surveying instruments.
• Collect accurate field data including utility locations, coordinates and depths.
• Set up, operate, calibrate and inspect survey equipment daily.
• Troubleshoot equipment and report issues to the Survey Team Leader.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness and proper documentation of field observations.
• Prepare daily survey reports and progress updates.
• Coordinate with Survey Team Leaders and teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Maintain safe handling, transport and storage of equipment.
