Job summary

AIA is seeking a Governance and Compliance Lead within the Corporate Solutions Division. You will ensure governance, regulatory compliance and risk oversight across policies, controls and outsourced arrangements.

Work closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk Management and Internal Audit to translate regulatory developments into actionable requirements and robust governance practices. This role emphasizes continuous improvement and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Development, governance and management of effective enterprise solutions and outcomes.
• Strong strategic, analytical, problem solving and decision‑making skills, with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge in PowerBI or any data analytics tool will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and risk oversight for the Corporate Solutions Division across policies, controls and processes.
• Interpret regulatory developments and translate them into actionable business requirements.
• Oversee external and internal audits; coordinate remediation and governance improvements.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Data Privacy and other control functions for policy alignment.
• Manage outsourcing governance, risk reporting and regulatory submissions where applicable.
• Provide guidance on legal, contract governance and record management with Legal teams.
• Engage stakeholders, drive transparency and regulatory communications across the division.
• Develop dashboards and governance reporting for senior leadership and committees.
• Champion continuous improvement to strengthen controls and regulatory compliance.
