PwC Malaysia is seeking a Manager to lead end-to-end Pillar Two GMT engagements within our Delivery Centre. You will oversee multi-jurisdictional projects, ensure quality and timely delivery, and guide teams across technical and client-facing work.

The role emphasises leadership, coaching, and continuous improvement in a dynamic tax environment, with a focus on delivering integrated client solutions while upholding PwC standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 6+ years of working experience in tax compliance and consultancy.
• Pillar Two GMT knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Good understanding of IFRS and/or MFRS is advantageous.
• Strong English speaking and writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Pillar Two GMT engagements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide technical oversight for compliance and reporting processes.
• Review complex deliverables for quality and consistency before submission.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, anticipate needs and address risks.
• Plan and allocate resources across engagements and support career development.
• Coach and develop team members and conduct regular feedback.
• Drive process improvements using automation and standardized workflows.
