Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia invites a Project Manager to lead large-scale, strategic initiatives in a multi-time-zone, regulated environment. You will plan, execute, and close projects end-to-end while guiding cross-functional teams across IT, Operations and Product to deliver measurable improvements from initiation to closure.

The role is based in IOI City, Putrajaya, with a Follow the Sun model and strong focus on governance, risk management and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Define/maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communication (senior leadership, clients, regulators).
• Facilitate governance reporting, steering committees, and decision-making forums.
• Drive organizational change initiatives (training, communications, process adoption).
• Ensure technical alignment across IT, Operations, and Product teams; oversee testing, migration, and cutover.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and risk requirements.
