bp in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a seasoned Trade Finance professional to monitor risk, ensure robust controls, and maintain data integrity across platforms. You will support a global, multi-commodity oil and gas trading business while collaborating with regions and experts.

With 7–10 years in trade finance or credit risk, you will structure LC solutions, manage banking relationships, and drive continuous improvement in controls and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CDCS certification is an advantage.
• 7–10 years in trade finance, collections or credit risk.

Responsabilités

• Advise on trade finance solutions including LCs to support risk and working capital goals.
• Manage lifecycle of LCs, SBLCs, and bank guarantees with compliance.
• Prepare and review trade finance applications per agreements.
• Oversee trade finance claims administration and settlement.
• Engage banks and counterparties to support financing activities.
• Maintain trade finance data accuracy and reference data.
• Collaborate on risk monitoring and credit exposure reporting.
• Suggest credit limits and risk mitigation measures.
• Ensure data integrity across systems and reports.
• Contribute to strategic projects and process improvements.
