Job summary

MR DIY International in Malaysia seeks a Data Analyst to join the Global Trade & Product Compliance team. You will build and optimize dashboards and data models that deliver actionable insights for trade operations and compliance across our global network.

Collaborating with IT and business partners, you will translate business needs into metrics, ensure data quality, and support governance, with 1–2 years of experience and proficiency in Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, CS, or related field.
1–2 years of data analysis or reporting experience, preferably in retail or logistics.
Proficiency with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel.
Experience with SQL or data querying tools; knowledge of data modeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor product compliance and trade metrics.
Extract, clean, and transform data from ERP, warehouse, and shipment systems.
Build scalable data models to improve accuracy and performance.
Collaborate with GTPC and IT to improve data integrity and automate reporting.
Respond to ad-hoc data queries and support governance efforts.
