Job summary

Businesslist is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Specialist to manage Rules of Origin analysis, FTA documentation, and related compliance activities. The role involves collaboration with regional teams and stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment and efficient operations.

The successful candidate will monitor FTA data, participate in process improvements, and support system initiatives across global markets, while maintaining high standards of trade compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Conduct Rules of Origin analysis and support preferential origin determination activities across global operations
• Manage Free Trade Agreement (FTA) documentation, supplier declarations, certificates, and related compliance requirements
• Support the issuance and management of origin declarations and trade-related certifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, customs teams, and regional operations to ensure compliance with trade regulations
• Monitor and maintain FTA-related operational data, reports, and performance metrics
• Support implementation of process, system, and regulatory changes related to trade compliance and customs requirements
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and compliance effectiveness
• Ensure customs and trade compliance activities align with applicable regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements
• Support SAP GTS and trade compliance-related system activities where applicable
