Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Freight Forwarding and Trade Compliance professional to manage international shipments, coordinate documentation, and oversee end-to-end transportation processes with a focus on transactional accuracy and process improvement.

You will collaborate with global partners and internal teams to ensure customs clearance, regulatory compliance, and effective problem resolution, driving Kaizen initiatives and SOP development across the network.

Qualifications

• This position requires at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong International Compliance Experience Required
• Strong knowledge of Freight Forwarding and Customs Broker required

Responsibilities

• Manage International Freight Forwarding companies & Brokers for our customers.
• Coordinate documentation for movement of shipments to and from customers.
• Ensure prompt and effective customs entry of international cargo and compliance with regulations.
• Liaise with brokers and customs to resolve customs-related exceptions and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Lead and coordinate projects and Kaizen activities across the network.
