Zusammenfassung

Dexcom Malaysia is seeking a Trade Compliance Associate Analyst to manage and monitor compliant cross-border transactions within our global supply chain. You will ensure accuracy of declarations, apply Incoterms, and support regulatory compliance across Malaysia and worldwide.

You will collaborate with tax, legal, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to minimize risk, while developing training and scalable solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with licensed warehousing and customs compliance.
• Familiarity with SST Act and STA Act and Section 65/65A.
• Support E2open RPS, CTPAT audits, and CARA process.
• Prepare monthly/annual statements such as M1, M2, M, and Sub-Con.
• Maintain documentation for LMW activities and liaise with authorities.

• Learn and apply international commerce elements (Tariff/Harmonized codes).
• Analyze data and support supply chain projects with cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance across shipments.
• Assist in training and deploying scalable compliance solutions.
• Monitor and audit supply chain performance and documentation.
