Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering or related field.
• Minimum of five years of semiconductor test engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
• Experience with wafer probers, package handlers and burn-in systems.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word) for technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate test equipment requirements.
• Evaluate test equipment architectures and interface solutions to support manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain global test equipment standards for testers and burn-in systems.
• Translate standards into manufacturing master data for capacity planning.
• Create procurement specifications and acceptance criteria for test equipment.
• Drive standardization and governance improvements in test technology.
