Job summary

RGE is seeking a Global Tax Lead to provide strategic tax leadership for one or more key business groups as it grows internationally. You will guide regional tax teams, align with group governance, and optimise tax positions across cross-border operations.

The role requires foresight to navigate regulatory changes and to partner with commercial, finance, and legal teams on expansions and restructurings, driving efficiency and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
15+ years of international tax experience in multinationals or advisory firms.
Deep expertise in cross-border structuring, transfer pricing, and global tax governance.

Responsibilities

Strategise and lead the tax function for the assigned business group, aligning with group policies.
Provide senior tax guidance to business units and regional teams for commercial decisions and expansions.
Drive optimization of effective tax rate through cross-border structuring and trade flow optimizations.
Monitor macro, geopolitical, and regulatory developments and advise on strategic responses.
Lead regional and global tax initiatives to support sustainable growth and efficiency.
Oversee tax compliance, provisioning, and reporting with strong governance.
