Job summary

Lam Research in Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to drive cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience
6+ years of related experience in project/program management
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
Analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support

Responsibilities

Analyze data in SAP and shortage tools to identify, validate, mitigate, and roll up material risk
Expedite key material to meet manufacturing and customer delivery dates
Interface with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, order fulfillment, logistics, and engineering
Alarming material risks and escalating to prevent shipment delays
Collaborate with Buyers, Commodity, Supplier Business Managers, Manufacturing and leadership to mitigate material allocation
Perform scenario planning based on forecasted plans to improve internal processes
