Job summary

HP, Inc. in Malaysia (Penang) is seeking a Supply Chain & Operations professional to manage a broad range of moderately complex processes for a large global business unit.

You will lead regional and global planning teams to optimize operations, gather demand data, and support backlog management and regulatory compliance. The role requires 4–7 years of related experience, a four-year or graduate degree in SCM/Operations, and preferred certifications such as PMP or CPIM/CSCP.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Typically 4–7 years of work experience in supply chain, operations, or related field; advanced degree may reduce experience need.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes including inventory analysis and planning, demand management, logistics, and import/export operations.
• Execute basic demand and supply matching activities, linking planning to execution and identifying issues.
• Drive analysis for backlog management and deliver demand signals to the supply base.
• Coordinate regional/global planning teams to enhance current processes and monitor KPIs.
• Develop reporting metrics for continuous improvement and supervise priority projects.
• Coordinate, develop, and manage regulatory trade compliance programs.
