Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA in Supply Chain, Business Management, Operations, Engineering, or related degree.
• Eight (8) years of commodity management experience.
• Three years of working experience in the Semiconductor Equipment industry is a plus.
• Strong experiences in negotiating various types of contractual agreements.
• Demonstrated experience working successfully in a matrix organization.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience giving presentations and interaction with director reports, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership.
• Proficient on Excel and Power Point, and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commodity strategies, align development deliverables.
• Benchmark suppliers, negotiate agreements, and resolve delivery, cost, and production challenges.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Business Managers and Supplier Engineering & Technology group.
• Strategize, organize and control business/contracts/negotiations for strategic acquisition of materials and services.
• Oversee supplier involvement in new product designs to optimize quality, cost, manufacturability and supply chain initiatives.
• Define and monitor metrics relative to supplier performance to ensure continuous improvement.
