Job summary

Sitecore is seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to manage global and country accounting activities. You will prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, and support VAT filings for international operations, working with teams across regions.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CPA, 5+ years in general accounting within a multinational environment, and strong Excel skills. EMEA hours are possible; English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with financial modelling and data analysis.
• Experience working in a multinational environment; cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Handle global or country accounting areas including journal entries and supporting documentation.
• Perform accruals, prepayments, bank reconciliations, payroll, intercompany and transfer pricing processes.
• Assist with VAT returns for international operations.
• Support audit readiness and respond to auditor requests.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure financial records integrity.
• Conduct payroll reconciliations and assist FP&A with forecasts and reports.
