Job summary

Responsibilities include developing new processes with purchasing, delivering training, documenting tests, and tracking ROI for SCM tools. Strong analytical and project management skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; 3–5 years as business analyst.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Proficient with SCM software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with purchasing to develop processes and software for price admin.
• Forge relationships with purchasing to deliver software with user acceptance.
• Document and test new supply chain processes and software.
• Establish and deliver training plans for processes and software.
• Establish metrics for evaluating SCM software and processes.
• Coordinate with users to answer questions and address problems.
• Demonstrate software demonstrations to upper management.
• Communicate project status of SCM development.
• Evaluate and modify tools to meet business needs.
• Track, drive and communicate software changes and enhancements.
• Demonstrate ROI for enhancements to supply chain tools or processes.
• Adhere to safety, health, and security procedures.
