About the role

The Global Reporting Analyst will play a pivotal role in meeting the analytical reporting needs of the business and establishing People Analytics within HR to support operational excellence and strategic alignment.

This role requires technical expertise in Business Intelligence tools, ideally Employee Central Reporting, Power BI, and other solutions to meet reporting needs.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver ongoing data requests and ad-hoc reports in compliance with Data Privacy standards.
  • Develop, test, and implement reports and dashboards; enhance self-service capabilities within SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Create documentation to ensure operational excellence and report integrity.
  • Promote usage of self-service analytics and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with HR to understand requirements, define data standards, and build reports.
  • Conduct periodic reporting audits and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Support the establishment of reporting governance and related processes.
  • Participate in defining HR data standards and support the implementation of People Analytics data architecture.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple deliverables, ensuring accuracy and data privacy compliance.
Experience
  • Experience in report building within SuccessFactors and dashboard creation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong service ethics and sensitivity to confidential data.
  • Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail.
  • Understanding of HR data, data quality, and system outputs.
  • Commercial awareness of HR data's value.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
  • Process improvement mindset and cross-cultural working experience.
