Job summary

AT&S is seeking a Director Project Management to guide high-impact programs across multiple sites and functions. This role drives governance, alignment, and disciplined execution to accelerate growth and profitability in the semiconductor and PCB manufacturing arena.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in industrial program leadership, with strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and change-management skills. International collaboration and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in applicable area of expertise (Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Physics, Business Engineering, or related disciplines).
• 10+ years of proven experience in project, program, or portfolio management within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Certified program management qualifications (PMP, PgMP, MSP, PRINCE2) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-impact programs across sites and functions with governance and disciplined execution.
• Develop program roadmaps aligning strategy with priorities, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology Development, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, IT, and Commercial.
• Establish governance structures, reporting, and escalation for transparent executive decision-making.
• Drive transformation to improve cost, delivery, quality and productivity.
• Develop business cases and investment proposals for strategic decisions.
• Mentor and develop program managers applying best practices and professional development.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership.
• Foster organizational readiness for future technology introductions and expansions.
• Represent program interests in executive reviews and major customer engagements.
