Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a candidate to manage global customer engagements and coordinate program delivery to meet customer requirements. The role involves overseeing the order management cycle and coordinating with suppliers for purchase orders, production planning and delivery arrangements.

The ideal person should be diploma/degree-qualified, proactive, organized, independent, and capable of handling multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent.
• Be proactive, flexible, good attitude and well-organized.
• Be able to work independently, result-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Able to complete the task within deadline.
• Competent in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
• Candidate able to start work immediately is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customer of various countries globally
• Program management to enable project delivery meet customer request
• Managing customer order activity through the order management cycle
• Engaging with supplier to launch purchase order, production planning, delivery arrangement
• Monitoring project status
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
