Job summary

The role focuses on profitability, customization/industrialization projects, and coordinating customer requirements across VAT group units. Strong leadership and cross-functional skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences, engineering, or semiconductor-related engineering.
• Product and account management experience in a matrix organization.
• 5–10 years experience in the relevant field.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, time management, analytical & communication skills.
• Proficiency in Japanese language is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supports sales organization in regards to all technical & operational aspects.
• Driving the corporate strategy through a globally matrixed team across multiple functions.
• Monitor profitability of existing customer products and derive measures to sustain and increase profitability.
• Accountable for customization- and industrialization projects and technical customer documentation like manuals and product data sheets according to European machinery directive.
• Coordinate customer visits, audits and customer-specific requirements across VAT group units and entities for implementation into engineering and processes.
• Supervise changes in supply chain, manufacturing and assembly processes and prepare documentation for customer changes.
