Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in program management, manufacturing, engineering, operations, or new product introduction.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional product launches.
Experience working with contract manufacturers or external manufacturing partners.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional product launch programs at contract manufacturing sites.
Serve as the primary interface between R&D, internal Operations teams, and the CM.
Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, milestones, risks, actions, and dependencies.
Coordinate prototype, engineering, qualification, and production ramp builds.
Drive timely resolution of technical, operational, and supply-chain issues affecting launch readiness.
