Job summary

SD Guthrie International seeks a senior Enterprise Engineering Leader to shape the Group-wide engineering strategy and drive portfolio governance across multi-site operations. You will prioritise initiatives, optimise capital allocation, and promote engineering standards to enable sustainable growth.

The role requires extensive leadership across large, asset-intensive organisations with a track record of delivering complex programmes and transforming engineering functions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale engineering initiatives across multi-site organisations.
• Experience in asset-intensive industries (industrial operations, manufacturing, energy or infrastructure).

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the Group-wide engineering roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Establish and oversee a Group engineering portfolio management framework.
• Optimise engineering investments to support growth and capital efficiency.
• Lead engineering standards and best practices across the group.
• Align stakeholders from group leadership to field engineers on priorities.
• Identify emerging engineering trends and capabilities for future readiness.
• Provide governance updates on project performance and portfolio health.
