Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of procurement, digital transformation, process improvement or change management.
• Apply project management skills to organize priorities, track milestones, manage risks and drive delivery across complex initiatives.
• Understand source-to-pay processes and procurement tools to support meaningful adoption.
• Collaborate across countries, categories and functions with clear communication and influence over stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of Procurement digital solutions across assigned categories.
• Coordinate deployment plans, milestones and governance for consistent delivery.
• Drive adoption of digital tools, processes and ways of working for efficiency.
• Connect global priorities with category needs and keep stakeholders aligned.
