Entegris (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Kulim, Malaysia is seeking a Senior NPI Engineer to lead the transition of new products from development to manufacturing release and to drive global transfer of processes. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, stage-gate experience, and a hands-on engineering background.

The Senior NPI Engineer will manage multiple NPI projects, work with R&D, Operations, and Manufacturing teams, and ensure manufacturing readiness for launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing or production experience.
• Experience using SAP ERP for BOMs and routings.
• Experience with stage-gate development processes (Accolade).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple NPI projects using Accolade Phase Gate tool.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure readiness.
• Drive products from development to release across global sites.
• Develop and execute project plans including equipment selection and cost reduction.
• Prepare process documentation and support qualifications and launches.
• Drive safety, quality, and manufacturability improvements.
