Job summary

OSL is building a global B2B payments network leveraging stablecoins to enable faster cross-border settlements. The role sits in Merchant Operations, focusing on onboarding, lifecycle support, data-driven optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Risk and Compliance teams.

The candidate will work with global fiat ramp and Web3 merchants, exploring end-to-end payment lifecycles, testing, and continuous product improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be based overseas and able to work across time zones.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; able to use both as working languages.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with attention to detail.
• Data-sensitive and comfortable working with transaction data and metrics.
• Interest in payments, Web3 and stablecoin-based services; fintech background helpful.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and integration workflows for global fiat ramp and Web3 payment services.
• Analyze payment funnel data and optimize routes, pricing rules, and configurations.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across product, engineering, risk and compliance.
• Gather merchant/user feedback to identify UX friction points for product improvements.
