Job summary

EPS Malaysia is seeking a Solution Specialist for Master Data Management to act as a bridge between global IT standards and local business needs, focusing on the Americas. This 12-month contract (full-time) is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, on-site with potential hybrid options after onboarding.

You will coordinate regional topics, gather requirements, manage multiple projects, and support solution design and testing across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or project management within IT.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and dashboards.
• Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Able to work across multiple time zones and regions.
• Experience with ERP or MDM solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional IT topics for Global MDM in North and South America.
• Collaborate with global and local IT and business teams to gather requirements.
• Track multiple projects, risks, and timelines.
• Support solution design and testing activities.
• Organize status meetings and maintain documentation.
