Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Customer Master Data Administrator to create, maintain and govern Customer, Price, and Contract data across Asia and MEI. You will work in SAP and related data tools, ensuring data quality, compliance, and timely processing of requests from Commercial, Billing, and Customer Service teams.

The role requires a degree or diploma, 1+ year experience in master data or related processes, and fluent English with Chinese language skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in commercial execution, shared services, master data or related business process; database experience preferred.
• Fluent written and verbal English; read/write/speak Chinese required.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, process discipline and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and modify Customer Master Data, Price Master Data and Contract Data in SAP and related tools.
• Ensure data quality and comply with data standards and SLAs.
• Process customer data requests from various teams (Commercial, Customer Service, Billing, Credit, Collections).
• Review and cleanse customer account information; validate approvals for data changes.
• Support daily operations and participate in data-related projects; use CRM‑SFA where needed.
