OCBC Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Settlement Processing professional to support the settlement of Global Market products including FXMM, derivatives, securities, and OTC deals. The role requires meticulous processing, adherence to cut-off times, and strong stakeholder communication to ensure timely, risk-free settlements.

Applicants should have a degree or equivalent and at least 2 years of relevant experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support processing and settlement of Global Market products (FXMM, Derivatives, Securities, OTC).
• Ensure settlement cuts off on time with accurate, quality service to stakeholders.
• Handle queries from stakeholders and clients.
• Perform controls and completeness checks for daily payments.
• Identify process improvements and STP opportunities; participate in UAT and system changes.
• Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance.
