Job summary

OCBC Group in Malaysia is seeking a professional to support the processing and settlement of Global Market products, including FXMM, Derivatives, Securities, and OTC deals. The role requires ensuring timely and accurate settlements and strong controls.

You will handle stakeholder queries, identify process improvements, participate in testing and system implementations, and support cross-functional teams in launching new products from an operations perspective.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred (Treasury products exposure is a plus).
• Strong MS Excel skills and proficiency with Office applications.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated, team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support processing and settlement of Global Market products (FXMM, Derivatives, Securities, OTC).
• Ensure settlement is timely, accurate, and compliant with procedures and SLAs.
• Handle queries from stakeholders and clients.
• Identify STP improvements and participate in testing, system implementations and process improvements.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
