Job summary

Lam Research International Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Technical Instructor to deliver Lam's Manufacturing Academy core curriculum to the manufacturing team.

You will lead instructor-led sessions, coach participants, and apply instructional design principles to continually improve training content. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years in technical training or manufacturing, and strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical training or manufacturing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led classroom instruction with hands-on training and coaching.
• Apply ADDIE model for new and refreshed training course/program deliverables and job aids.
• Iterate on curriculum and support instructional designers and SMEs to build new content.
• Measure and document student progress.
• Gather KPIs to inform on strengths and weaknesses with curricular materials.
• Partner with manufacturing team to identify training enhancements for safety and quality.
• Interact with stakeholders to assess effectiveness of the training organization.
