Job summary

Linkk Busway Systems (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to define project scope, allocate resources, and monitor timelines to ensure on-time delivery. You will liaise between the company, customers and production, producing management reports and overseeing progress.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electrical), have 5+ years in a project management environment, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness

Qualifications

Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electrical).
Proficiency in communication, both written and oral.
Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.

Responsibilities

Define Project Scope and Objective, Roles and Project Responsibility.
To Manage Project Resources.
Project Status Overview, Project Delivery Timeline and Forecast.
Project Delegation, Planning and Execution.
Communication Between Department to Ensure Delivery Timeline.
To Understand Sales Team and Customer Needs and Prioritize Delivery.
Produce Report for Management Review.
Leading and Controlling Project Performance with Available Resource.
Prepare shop drawings, BOQ and other technical information to fulfill customer requirements.
Assist to compile project documents.
Attend project meetings with customers to collect and disseminate information.
Follow up and report On-site and Off-site project management progress.
