Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field is required.
• 12+ years in international logistics, distribution, or program management.
• Experience leading global or regional logistics initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of international transportation, warehousing, and trade flows.
• Experience across multiple regions and cultures in a global org.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results without direct authority.
• Experience with logistics performance management and network optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead international logistics programs and strategic initiatives across operations.
• Develop logistics roadmaps aligned with growth, customer needs, and supply chain strategy.
• Drive logistics transformation across regions with governance and KPIs.
• Act as liaison between global leadership and Zone Logistics teams.
• Identify opportunities, deploy solutions, and share best practices.
• Monitor performance and promote continuous improvement across regions.
• Support risk management, business continuity, and cost optimization.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for executive leadership.
