Job summary

Michael Page International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Knowledge Management Analyst to support the Technology department by organising, maintaining, and optimising knowledge resources across a global workforce.

You will create and publish knowledge articles, develop self-service guides, and work with SMEs and application owners to validate information, while driving improvements in content quality and user experience for a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Mandarin.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Knowledge Management or related fields.
• Familiarity with Web Content Management and Repository Management.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, review, and publish knowledge articles with high accuracy and consistency.
• Develop self-service content and user guides to help users resolve issues independently.
• Collaborate with SMEs, application owners, and stakeholders to gather and validate information.
• Manage and prioritize multiple content requests while meeting deadlines.
• Review existing knowledge content and provide feedback to improve quality and effectiveness.
• Support knowledge-sharing initiatives across global and multicultural teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of knowledge management processes and user experience.
• Create user documentation, SOPs, manuals, QRGs, or how-to materials.
