Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Specialist, IT Operation on a 6 months contract to provide global IT support via call center, chat, and self-service. You will handle access requests, monitor alerts, and work on ITSM processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years as a Service Desk Engineer, experience with ServiceNow and Active Directory, ITIL certification, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. This role is based in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT-related field.
• Minimum 3 years as a Service Desk Engineer.
• Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tool.
• Knowledge of Active Directory.
• ITIL v3 foundation certification or higher.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support inquiries via phone, chat, and self-service.
• Manage access requests per security policies.
• Monitor IT alerts and minimize impact.
• Handle incidents, problems, and requests via ITSM.
• Document resolutions and maintain knowledge base.
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve service delivery.
• Produce After Action Reports for major outages.
