Entegris is seeking a Specialist, IT Operations for a 6-month contract based in Malaysia. The role provides global IT support via a call center, handling calls, chats, and self-service platforms.

The candidate will manage access requests, monitor alerts, and contribute to ITSM processes to ensure high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate has a IT background with 3+ years as a Service Desk Engineer, experience in multinational environments, and familiarity with ServiceNow and Active

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in computer engineering, computer science, information technology, or similar fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Desk Engineer.
• Experience with ServiceNow or an equivalent ITSM tool.
• Familiarity with Active Directory.
• ITIL v3 foundation certification or higher.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and troubleshoot IT support inquiries via phone, chat, and self-service.
• Monitor IT alerts and address queries to minimize impact.
• Document and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate IT teams.
• Maintain knowledge bases and training materials for ITSM policies and processes.
• Provide After Action Reports and lessons learned from major outages.
