Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP project/program management.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end SAP implementations or transformations.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary and global teams.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in budget management and commercial accountability.
• Knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.) and integration points.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects across modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.).
• Manage full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Ensure delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and escalation frameworks.
• Stakeholder & Business Engagement: Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders to define requirements and drive alignment.
• Challenge business requirements where necessary to ensure optimal system design and efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for SAP-related initiatives.
• Team Leadership & Delivery: Lead and manage cross-functional teams (functional & technical consultants, vendors, offshore teams).
• Drive accountability, performance, and collaboration across global teams.
• Ensure effective resource planning and utilization.
• Risk, Compliance & Governance: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; maintain strong controls.
• Continuous Improvement & Transformation: Drive process improvements and system optimization; promote Lean/CI; identify automation opportunities.
