You will work with regional teams on dashboards, analytics, and cross-market collaboration while developing presentation and communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Marketing, Business Economics, Market Research, or Business Administration or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft software & AI usage.
• Interest in FMCG, consumer behavior, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and maintenance of market performance dashboards using Nielsen and other data sources.
• Consolidate and clean large datasets for analysis and reporting.
• Assist trend analysis on sales, market share, pricing, distribution, and innovation performance.
• Organize study materials, track timelines, and consolidate results for consumer research projects.
• Help manage project trackers for innovation initiatives and research activities.
• Document learnings and maintain knowledge repositories; schedule meetings and maintain project documentation.
