SEEK is hiring for an Internship in the Digital Analytics Team based at our Kuala Lumpur HQ. The role focuses on transforming SEEK Asia into a learning and growing organization, driven by data to deliver customer value and business impact.

You will build dashboards, define KPIs with stakeholders and learn web analytics tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global tech environment.

Qualifications

• Interest in data analysis, strategy or research roles.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent collaboration with Data & Insights and stakeholders.
• Foundation in statistics and business applications.
• Ability to lead internal/external teams to deliver results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve dashboards for performance monitoring.
• Define objectives, KPIs and OKRs with stakeholders.
• Define measurement specs for desktop and mobile platforms.
• Deliver actionable insights on candidate behaviour to stakeholders.
• Provide pre/post-launch reviews of initiatives and experiments.
• Communicate data-driven insights for informed decisions.
• Handle data queries from stakeholders.
